The 29th session of the Conference of the Parties to the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (COP29) hosted in Baku, Azerbaijan, will address critical climate challenges, with a key focus on securing climate finance for developing nations.

The Exponential Roadmap Initiative focuses its sessions on three key areas crucial for accelerating climate action: driving sustainable business transformation, fostering an ambition loop where corporate actions influence stronger government policies, and scaling climate solutions to accelerate the transition to a net zero future.

We host an invitation-only roundtable as well as public sessions. Our public events on business transformation, climate solutions, and the Exponential Race to the Top will be broadcast by We Don’t Have Time to a global audience of millions.

The Sustainable Innovation Forum 
13-14 November

For the 16th annual edition, Climate Action and other leading global partners, bring together 1,000 global sustainability leaders across all sectors including business, heavy industry, finance, government, and civil society to deep dive into challenges, share successes, and collaborate on solutions. Read more here. 

Exponential Race to the Top: Actions, Finance, Policy

Exponential transition plans for net zero business

With six of nine planetary boundaries already breached, it’s clear that a world warming beyond 1.5°C could not sustain society as we know it. This session explores how companies can operate within these boundaries, delivering products and services that meet human needs. To meet net zero targets, emission reduction must expand to include exponential scaling of climate solutions that replace fossil fuels. This event features companies like Oatly, Stegra, and AFRY, showcasing climate innovators and professional services shifting client portfolios toward climate solutions.
