From Plans to Progress: Corporate Case Studies Supporting Corporate and National Implementation – the challenges and the opportunities

In the run-up to COP30, we will gather in São Paulo to highlight how leading companies are turning climate commitments into measurable action.

This high-level dialogue, hosted by the Exponential Roadmap Initiative, Inter IKEA Group, and Unilever, will showcase real-world projects and explore how scaling them through stronger collaboration can accelerate progress. While countries have NDCs and companies have CTAPs, aligning both unlocks faster, more efficient, and cost-effective solutions.

The session will offer practical examples of corporate-government alignment, unpack barriers to scaling these approaches consistently, and identify the next frontiers for collective action.
